Cancellation Policy

 

Thank you for shopping at Naturaverdi (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"). We are committed to providing a seamless online shopping experience for our bar stools, bar chairs, dressing tables, wardrobes, and armoires. Please read the following policy carefully regarding order cancellations.

Order Cancellation Conditions
We understand that circumstances may change. Our cancellation criteria are as follows:

  • Within 48 Hours: Orders that are requested for cancellation within 48 hours of placement and have not yet been shipped can be cancelled directly.

  • After 48 Hours or Shipped: If the order was placed more than 48 hours ago, or if the items have already been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order. In this scenario, please wait for the logistics delivery to be completed. Once you receive the goods, you may contact us to initiate a return and refund. Order Cancellation Process
If you meet the conditions for cancellation, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team via email at client@naturaverdi.com or by calling +1 (518) 903-0858.

  • In your request, please provide your Order Number and Proof of Payment to verify your identity and purchase details.

  • Our customer service team will handle your application immediately. Once approved, we will inform you of the result and arrange for the refund at the first opportunity.

Refund Instructions
Once your cancellation or return is confirmed:

  • Method: The refund will be returned to the original Bank Card (Visa, MasterCard) account used at the time of payment.

  • Processing Time: Depending on the processing efficiency of different banking card institutions, we estimate that the refund will arrive in your account within 1-5 business days.

  • Overdue: If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact us immediately for processing.

Additional Cancellation Clauses

  • Inventory Availability: In the rare event that an item (such as a specific wardrobe or dressing table) becomes unavailable due to unforeseen inventory discrepancies after you have placed an order, we reserve the right to cancel the order. We will notify you immediately and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Order Modifications: If you need to modify shipping information (such as the delivery address) rather than cancel the entire order, please contact us within the 48-hour window before shipment. We cannot modify the address once the item has been dispatched.

  • Duplicate Orders: If our system detects that you have accidentally placed duplicate orders for the same item, we may contact you to verify the purchase. If confirmed as an error, we will assist in cancelling the duplicate order.
