Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality furniture, including bar stools, bar chairs, vanity tables, wardrobes, and armoires. We operate exclusively as an online store. Below is our policy regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Return and Exchange Validity Period
We offer a 30-day return and exchange window. You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date you signed for the receipt of the goods. If 30 days have passed since your receipt of the product, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be disassembled (if applicable) and in the original packaging. We accept returns and exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • Appearance Issues: The product has visible scratches, dents, or damage upon arrival.

  • Quality Issues: The product has structural defects or functional failures.

  • Sensory Issues: The product has strong odors, severe color differences compared to the website description, or other significant sensory discrepancies.

  • Incorrect Item: The product received does not match what you ordered (wrong model, size, or color).

  • No Reason (Change of Mind): You simply changed your mind. In this case, the item must be unused, uninstalled, and in a resalable condition.

Return Process

  • Contact Us: Please contact us via email at client@naturaverdi.com or call +1 (518) 903-0858 to request a return. You must provide your order number, payment proof, reason for the return, and relevant photos or videos showing the issue.

  • Approval: Our customer service team will process your application immediately. If approved, we will inform you via your contact method and provide the specific return address.

  • Shipment: You are required to send the product back to our designated return address. Please ensure the package is secure.

  • Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the product, we will immediately inspect it to verify if it matches the situation you reported. If the inspection is successful, we will arrange your refund immediately. For more details on refunds, please refer to the "Refund Process" section below.

Exchange Process

  • Contact Us: Please contact us via email at client@naturaverdi.com or call +1 (518) 903-0858 to request an exchange. Provide your order number, payment proof, reason for the exchange, and relevant photos or videos.

  • Approval: Our customer service team will process your application immediately. If approved, we will inform you and provide the return address.

  • Shipment: You need to return the product to our designated return address and wait for us to receive it.

  • Re-shipment: Upon receipt, we will inspect the item. If it meets the requirements, we will arrange for the new item to be processed within 1-3 business days. The estimated delivery time for the new item is 5-15 business days. For more information on shipping times, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

Refund Process

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be returned to the original bank card (Visa, MasterCard) account used for payment.

  • Processing Time: Depending on the processing efficiency of different banking institutions, we expect the refund to arrive in your account within 1-5 business days.

  • Late Refunds: If you have not received a refund after this period, please contact us for assistance.

Fee Rules

  • Our Responsibility: For returns or exchanges caused by product appearance issues, quality problems, odors, severe color differences, or incorrect items (wrong goods sent), we will bear the shipping costs.

  • Customer Responsibility: For "No Reason" returns or exchanges (change of mind), you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.

Return Label
For your convenience, a return label is included inside every package. You may use this label to facilitate the return process.

Disclaimer
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper assembly, misuse, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow the care instructions provided with the furniture. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in Section 2 or items that have been damaged by the customer.

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately.

  • Before Shipping: If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

  • After Shipping: If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be blocked. You will need to wait until you receive the package and then follow the no-reason return/exchange procedure.

Damaged in Transit
While we ensure proper packaging, furniture may occasionally be damaged during transportation. If you receive a damaged package, please refuse the delivery if possible, or take photos of the outer packaging before opening it. Contact us within 48 hours of receipt with evidence of the damage so we can arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
