We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
5. Shipping Policy
Delivery Scope: We currently only ship to addresses within Australia. We do not support delivery to other countries.
Shipping Fees:

Orders of 70 AUD or more: Free shipping.

Orders under 70 AUD: A flat shipping fee of 7.99 AUD applies.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Transit Time: Delivery times typically fluctuate between 5 to 15 business days.
Shipping Methods: Our primary logistics partners include Australia Post, StarTrack, Sendle, and Allied Express.

6. Cancellation of Orders
Cancellation Conditions:

Orders may be cancelled directly within 48 hours of placement if they have not yet been shipped.

Orders placed more than 48 hours ago or orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. In such cases, please wait for the logistics delivery to arrive and then contact us to arrange a return for a refund.
Refunds: Refunds will be returned to the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Arrival Time: Once the cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be returned to the bank card (Visa, MasterCard) account used for payment. Regarding arrival time: Depending on the processing efficiency of different bank card institutions, we expect the refund to arrive within 1-5 business days. 7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Exchange Scenarios/Conditions: We offer a 30-day exchange period from the date of receipt.
User Actions: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order details and proof of purchase. Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
Return and Exchange Process: Upon contacting us, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
