We are dedicated to providing you with the best shipping experience for your bar stools, dressing tables, wardrobes, and other furniture items. Please read the following terms carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.
Delivery Scope
We currently only provide shipping services within Australia. We do not support shipping to countries other than Australia at this time.
Shipping Costs

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders of 70 AUD or more.

Standard Shipping Fee: For orders totaling less than 70 AUD, a flat shipping fee of 7.99 AUD will be charged.
Taxes and Duties
Transparency is key to our service. All applicable taxes and related fees are already included in the product price displayed on our website. You will not be required to pay any extra fees or hidden charges upon checkout or delivery.
Order Cut-off Time
Our order cut-off time is 18:00 (6:00 PM) based on Australian Eastern Standard Time/Australian Eastern Daylight Time (Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT).

Orders placed before 18:00 on a business day will be processed starting that same day.

Orders placed after 18:00 will be processed starting from the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed starting from the following business day.
Processing Time
Once your order is confirmed, we require 1-3 business days to prepare, pack, and dispatch your items from our warehouse.
Transit Time
After the order has been dispatched, the estimated total transit time for delivery to your address is 5-15 business days. Please note that remote or rural areas may require slightly longer delivery times.
Logistics Carriers
To ensure your furniture arrives safely, we partner with reputable carriers including Australia Post, StarTrack, Sendle, and Allied Express. The specific carrier will be selected based on the size and weight of your items (e.g., wardrobes may ship via specialized freight carriers).
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your order number, payment receipt, and logistics carrier information. You can track your shipment by visiting the "Order Tracking" page on our website. Simply enter your email address or phone number along with the corresponding order number to view the real-time status of your package.
Liability Statement

Product Damage or Loss: If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Modifications and Cancellations: If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us before the item is dispatched. Once the item has been handed over to the carrier, we may not be able to intercept the shipment.

Delivery Address Responsibility: You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. We are not responsible for delayed or lost packages caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Signing Instructions
Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging for any visible signs of damage before signing. If you notice significant damage to the box, please note it on the delivery receipt or refuse the shipment and contact us immediately. For large furniture items, ensure the path to your entryway is clear.
Unsuccessful Delivery
If the carrier attempts delivery and you are not available, they may leave a card with instructions on how to collect your package from a local depot or arrange a re-delivery. Please follow the carrier's instructions promptly. If the package is returned to us due to failure to collect, additional shipping fees may apply for re-sending the item.
Split Shipments
Due to the size and weight of certain products (such as large wardrobes or bedroom sets), your order may be shipped in multiple packages. These packages may arrive on different days. You will receive tracking information for all packages associated with your order.
Force Majeure
While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, or major transportation disruptions.
